All sales online and in our store are final. When we order a gown for you from a manufacturer we must take the gown and cannot return it. Therefore it is VERY important that you measure carefully if you are ordering a gown. We will inspect your gown before we mail it to you, however, if you receive an incorrect style or your gown is defective, you must call us at 423-442-4889 within three (3) business days of receipt of the gown to obtain a return authorization. We will email the return authorization to you for you to print and attach to the outside of the box before returning it to us. We will not accept a return without a return authorization attached clearly to the outside of the original box. If the gown is damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier. A credit will only be issued if the gown was shipped as an incorrect gown, or is defective from the factory, and has the appripriate return authorization clearly attached to the box. No credit will be issued if the correct gown and size that was ordered was shipped If you have ANY question about sizing PLEASE call us before placing your order. We have experts on hand to answer your questions and to help you understand exactly how to measure for your gown. Need size assistance with PLUS SIZE gowns? We have experienced experts who will gladly answer any questions and help you in making the appropriate decisions so that you will have confidence in your choices. We will only charge your credit card if we can get the gown you have ordered in time for you to receive it one week prior to your event with regular shipping. If your gown will be available with expedited shipping only, we will contact you by email to give you shipping options. FREE shipping does not apply to any expedited shipping charges that may be needed or to orders outside the mainland United States.
